How long is a CORE Day?
5 focused hours of work on your business — usually scheduled as a half-day block or a single deep-work block, depending on what we’re building.
Can I roll unused days into the next month?
CORE Days are monthly — they don’t carry over. The structure works because the month resets and we plan fresh based on what your business needs next.
Can I scale up or down month to month?
Yes — within reason. If you start at 2 Days and want to scale to 4 next month, we’ll talk. Going down requires 30 days’ notice so I can plan capacity around it.
What if I need more than 4 Days a month?
That moves you out of CORE Days and into a custom retainer or full done-for-you build. Let’s chat about it.
Do you sign contracts?
A simple month-to-month agreement — no 6-month or year-long lock-ins. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
Who actually does the work?
Me — Kristin Korn. With occasional support from my team (Jenny and Mandy) when a project calls for specialized hands. You’ll always know who’s touching what.
How fast can I get started?
Once your application is approved and we’ve had our 20-minute fit call, most clients are working with me within a week.
